We chartered a boat and set off together on a guided Lake Como tour on March 16, 2023 in beautiful weather. The landscape workshop that began on land was continued with enthusiasm on the trip.
In the German and Italian language learning module with an integrated questionnaire, we explore the question of what sustainability has to do with happiness.
The comic-style learning module was initially developed by Aurelia eV for the participating students.
The large group of students was divided into two groups on March 17, 2023 and each received a welcome tour in German and Italian from Villa Vigoni employees in the extensive park of Villa Vigoni. They received their first insights into the creation and mission of the “German-Italian Center for the European Dialogue”.
The Greenway Workshop started from the main square of Lenno and ended in Mezzegra, in the historic village of Bonzanigo.
Because at the beginning the group begins their walk on the lakeshore in the middle of the Gulf of Venere, where they can enjoy an unobstructed view of the central area of the lake through a plexiglass pane. On a transparent film placed over the Plexiglas plate, they were able to draw the most important features of the landscape: vertical and horizontal lines, mountain layers, the surface of the lake.
The students worked on the topic of 17 goals for sustainability in a World Café in alternating Italian/German. mixed small groups share their ideas and associations. The workshop was led by Dr. Serena Dorigotti.
The construction of the celestial instruments was the work of the Vanoni School.
Students from the Überlingen high school examined the ecological balance of lakes as well as sustainable tourism on Lake Constance.
